    How does your payment policy work?

    Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not made at the time of service, payment in full is due within 15 days from the date of your invoice. On the 16th day, late fees will be added every 15 days until the accounting department receives payment. If you do not contact us within 5 days with a billing dispute, or payment is not received according to the terms, your file will be sent to collections. You will be responsible for any court costs, collection fees, and attorney fees. There is a $35.00 return check fee.

    How do I cancel my booked service?

    If you need to cancel, please call Betz Enterprises 24 hours before your appointment. If the technician arrives at your home and cannot perform the work requested, you’ll be charged a fee for the trip. To complete repairs, the technician must have full access to the tub, electrical power, and water supply.

    How does a leak warranty work?

    Leak repairs can be time-consuming. Betz Enterprises will repair the first leak that is found, but it is not uncommon for other leaks to appear once the first is fixed. After fixing one leak, we will set a new appointment if new leaks are found. This can happen for an extended period. All leak repairs have a 30-day warranty.

    How long does it usually take to repair my unit?

    If your equipment is sent out for repair, please allow 4-6 weeks for Betz Enterprises to call you with an estimate. Once we receive payment from you, the equipment will be repaired and sent back to us. Once Betz Enterprises has received the part, you will be contacted for an appointment.

    Some parts for bad motor problems need to be ordered from our supplier. Once your parts are ordered, your appointment will be made once they arrive in our office and are checked for fit and accuracy. This also applies to any repairs that will be done by the manufacturer or other authorized repair company.

    What should I do if I still encounter problems after the repair?

    If you experience problems with your repairs such as leaks or parts not properly functioning, it’s your responsibility to contact Betz Enterprises within 5 days. After 5 days, you will be charged a fee for a new diagnostic appointment. If the technician finds that the problem is not related to the work Betz Enterprises did, there will be a new diagnostic fee.

    How do warranties work?

    When you get your bathtub or bathroom refinished, you’ll be protected with a 2-year warranty. This is our way of letting you know that your satisfaction is our top priority.
