Payment policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not made at the time of service, payment in full is due within 15 days from the date of your invoice. On the 16th day, late fees will be added every 15 days until the accounting department receives payment. If you do not contact us within 5 days with a bill dispute, or payment is not received according to the terms, your file will be sent to collections. You will be responsible for any and all court costs, collection fees, and attorney fees. There is a $35.00 return check fee.

Convenient cancellation within 24 hours
If you need to cancel, please call Betz Enterprises 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the technician arrives at your home and cannot perform the work requested, you'll be charged a fee for the trip. To complete repairs, the technician must have full access to the tub, electrical power, and water supply.

Fast rescheduling for inclement weather
Because the technician has to handle electricity, sealants, and other items, weather may affect the repair of your hot tub and we ask for your patience. If we must cancel because of rain, your appointment will be rescheduled within 7-14 days of the original appointment.

Easy payment prior to repairs
Before your repair will be ordered and approved, you must pay in full for all parts. All parts have a manufacturers' warranty and you are responsible for labor charges to remove and install warranty parts.

Parts checks for ensured accuracy
Once your parts are ordered, your appointment will be made once they arrive in our office and are checked for fit and accuracy. This also applies to any repairs that will be done by the manufacturer or other authorized repair company.

30-day leak repair warranties
Leak repairs can be time consuming. Betz Enterprises will repair the first leak that is found, but it is not uncommon for other leaks to appear once the first is fixed. After fixing one leak, we will set a new appointment if new leaks are found. This can happen for an extended period of time. All leak repairs have a 30-day warranty.

Accurate repair estimates
If your equipment is sent out for repair, please allow 4-6 weeks for Betz Enterprises to call you with an estimate. Once we receive payment from you, the equipment will be repaired and sent back to us. Once Betz Enterprises has received the part, you will be contacted for an appointment.

Get help with parts problems
If you experience problems with your repairs such as leaks or parts not properly functioning, it's your responsibility to contact Betz Enterprises within 5 days. After 5 days, you will be charged a fee for a new diagnostic appointment. If the technician finds that the problem is not related to work Betz Enterprises did, there will be a new diagnostic fee.
